What we do.

We help you get clarity on how to create change. To think systemically and intentionally about what you do and how you do it. To 'get your ducks in a row'.

We operate in agile ways; from retainers and sustained counsel, coming in for an interim role to get you up and running, to meeting a specific brief or working you through a problem-solving process as a critical friend.

We start with helping you to think through what you really want and what you need to get there.

Our offerings are grounded in a very simple philosophy of how change is created and these are woven throughout the way that we work.

INTENTIONAL
CONVERSATIONS

We believe good conversations get into nuance and messiness and make for developing and deepening understanding. Talking through complexity is the most effective way of gaining clarity and intentionally held spaces make for good conversations. Ensuring that we create this space for the right people is the starting place of any good strategy design and development process.

DEEPENING
CONNECTION

Good conversations develop curious minds - you get interested in figuring out what you think and you wonder why others think the way they do. This curiosity leads to better connection to self, to nature and ultimately to better relationships in community and society at large. It means understanding your stakeholders in much deeper ways. Seeing connections is crucial for enterprise development and ecosystemic approaches to creating change.

RADICAL
COLLABORATION

Better connections naturally lead to better collaborations. If we're curious we start seeing linkages, patterns and ways of working that take us outside of our own mind bubbles. Collaboration becomes interesting. Understanding that you will go further in your own mission by working with a curated group, and that your success is just as much linked to their work and success as it is your own is the basis of creating systemic change.

Our Offerings.

Regenerative Enterprise Design & Development.

For entrepreneurs, marrying ambition with a game plan that's intentional, is designed to incorporate living systems and regenerative thinking and is commercially viable can be complicated.

Whether setting up a new organisation, redesigning a strategy, developing an inclusive operating model or integrating regenerative practices, we clarify your process through strategy and insights sessions tailored to your organisation's needs.

We work with ESOs and the enterprise ecosystem to integrate regenerative enterprise thinking into their programmes.

"I don’t know where I, or Force of Nature, would be without Deepa’s counsel. She helped me turn a nebulous idea into a grounded project plan and, one year on, an established organisation.

Sometimes you receive advice so far from where you stand that it feels impossible to make actionable. Deepa, by contrast, creates the conditions for you to be majorly ambitious while holding your hand so you don’t fall flat on your face. She’s unafraid of asking hard questions (ones I would never even think to!), but will stick around to help you answer them. I am eternally indebted and grateful."

Clover Hogan, Force of Nature.

"Deepa was chosen to host and facilitate our workshop with expert panellists on agricultural sustainability.  She went out of her way to invest time and effort in getting to know our ask, the panellists and was instrumental in shaping the agenda for the day.  Through this process, it became clear how well Deepa is fully-versed with the themes of sustainability.

Her knowledge of the subject matter definitely played a role in asking probing questions of the panellists.  Her meticulous attention to detail, matched with her ability to read the situation and adapt accordingly, were very evident on the day and played a large part in ensuring everything ran smoothly.  The workshop was a success, both in terms of its outcome, but also the experience for all attendees."

Curated Collaboration.

Creating systemic change, in co-creation and/ or collaboration with multiple stakeholders is hard, especially across sectors, languages and cultures. Increasingly businesses, investors and funders are recognising that it's not only the smartest way to achieve change at scale but it also manages and distributes costs as well as risks.

We design, anchor, facilitate opportunities bringing together the right people; intentionally curated and consciously held so that the conditions are right for aligned action and meaningful transformation.

We carry out deep stakeholder engagement programmes to understand needs, expectations and unseen/ unimagined hurdles to help inform your strategic priorities.

Our Compact Offerings.

Our tailored offers are for shorter sprints and mini deep-dives. They are set up to help leaders dig deep into a challenge and get to the heart of the opportunities for you and your organisation.

"Working with Deepa has been an absolute game-changer for my business. Her ability to help us rework our content, offerings, and website with both big-picture visioning and real-world, actionable steps has given me more clarity on our mission, operations, and programming than ever before.

Deepa brings a rare combination of strategic insight, deep listening, and practical guidance that has made a tangible impact on how we shape and implement our work. I’m incredibly grateful for this process and excited to continue our growth with her. If you're looking for someone who can help turn your vision into a movement, Deepa is the person to work with.."

Andrew Michael Nolan, The Mandala Institute.

"Working with Deepa has been transformational for both me and my business. From the very start, I felt extremely comfortable with Deepa; after our first session I already felt like I'd known her for years! This comfort was crucial for me to be able to speak openly and share the challenges and tribulations of running a business with someone who not only gets it, but is able to prod, coach, and guide in a invigorating, provoking and enriching way. Throughout our time, I've felt complete peace of mind that I was working with an absolute professional who is not only at the top of their game, but is leading the field. Deepa's ability to combine expertise and professionalism, with compassion, and creativity is second to none."

Andy George, VAULT Creative Arts.

"Deepa has a real talent for cutting through the mass of information and distilling things down into what is important.

She has a logical approach in presenting her work, a proactive attitude and the ability to work from the organisation's perspective, rather than her own - something we really valued."

Sam Greenley, Illuminate.
